オーティスレディングに最近はまりっぱなし。この曲は彼のオリジナルではないものの、彼のソウルというものを一番現している曲のような気がします。
切ないでだしからだんだんと感情が高まり、最後には本当に熱い激情が吐き出されています。モンタレーポップフェスティバルのテイクが個人的には一番好きです。ジミヘンとのカップリングでこのライブの模様がビデオ化されていますので、とにかく必見です。オーティスもジミヘンも凄いです。
そんなこんなでついにマリーンズ開幕１０連敗！泥沼・・・。山本監督の顔から覇気がなくなってきている・・・。
